Setting for Roles, Access Right
This video will show users how to do the setting for for Roles, Access Right
Navigate to Organization, Roles, Access Right, Create New.
Fill in role name and code.
Click Save, assign access rights, then assign roles to users.
STEP-BY-STEP:
1. Go to Organization menu
2. Select Roles, Access Right
3. Click Create New button
4. Enter mandatory fields: Role Name and Role Code.
5. User can create sub roles under a main role.
Tick the “Allow Sub Roles” checkbox to do this.
Click Save button when done.
6. To create a sub role, repeat steps #3-4, and then choose the Main Role in the list “Sub Role of”.
Click Save button when done.
7. In the System Feature Access tab, user can assign features’ access to a selected role.
Tick the appropriate checkboxes to assign the required access.
Click Apply button at the bottom right side, when done for each Access Control.
8. Choose a role from the top left table to view / assign the roles to a user.
9. In the System Users tab, select available users from the Available Users table, then click the Right Arrow button to assign the selected users to the role.
