The Product Ageing Register allows the user to view the stock inventory of a particular product in a three dimensional view, from the number of days in stock, stock value, and stock ageing. Below are available actions for the user from “Product Ageing Register” :

View and Search for Product’s Ageing Data:
1. Select a product from “Product” drop-down list at the top of screen. It will pull up the selected product’s ageing data and inventory movements for each warehouse
2. Select a date in “As On” drop-down list to further filter the product’s ageing data
3. Select an option from “Show Quantity / Value” drop-down list on top right of screen to switch the product’s ageing data view between product’s quantity and values
4. Enter search parameter to filter the result, i.e. type in the product batch number in the search textfield box at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select ageing period from “Days In Stock” drop-down list at bottom of screen
6. Right-click on a product’s document row, a small pop-up pane will appear showing option to open source document of the product’s transaction
Print Product’s Ageing Report:
1. Select a product from “Product” drop-down list at the top of screen. It will pull up the selected product’s ageing data and inventory movements for each warehouse
2. Click on “Generate Report” button at bottom of screen, a window will come up showing print report options.
3. User can print report, export the report as pdf or excel, or preview the report
